Walk and Talk Sessions:
these sessions let us move forward ~ literally. Walking while we talk helps thoughts flow more freely, while the ocean and nature provide a calming, restorative backdrop. Combining movement, grounding, and conversation creates a refreshing, heart-led experience beyond the traditional office session.
What is Walk & Talk Therapy?
It’s the same heart-led work we do in my office, just outside. Walking boosts mood, sparks clarity, and helps thoughts flow ~ plus, being by the ocean and/or in nature adds a calming, restorative touch.
Where do sessions take place?
We start and end at the boardwalk, walking along the beach or boardwalk together.
What do I need to bring?
Comfy shoes and a water bottle if you like!
What if the weather’s bad or I don’t feel like walking?
No worries. We can stay in the office, or simply sit on the boardwalk/beach—whatever feels right. The office is right by the boardwalk, so it’s easy to adjust.
